Augustin Fosu is Deputy Director, UNU-WIDER; and honorary RDRC Research Fellow, University of California-Berkeley. He holds a PhD in economics from Northwestern University, USA. Prof. Fosu has published widely in both labor economics and development economics. He serves on the editorial boards of several journals, including: Journal of African Economies, Journal of Development Studies, Oxford Development Studies, World Bank Economic Review, and World Development.
