Research proposals
Occasionally we invite suggestions for new research proposals, which will be announced on this webpage.
Project topics are chosen with regard to several criteria:
- Areas of central importance to the work of the United Nations
- Continuity with topics in which UNU-WIDER has a research tradition
- The opportunity to involve researchers from developing and transition countries
- Themes emerging from current debates.
